My 1st one had issues resulting from hard water, along with me forgetting to adjust the filter cartridge. The hardest part of installing will be the plumbing connections. They're fitted with compression threaded links, but adapters are provided to suit and threads. You have to work with PTFE pipe dope to the threads and crank the fittings as quickly as you can keep them out of leaking. If you are installing in a tight place, I highly advise you to install push to fit fixtures like Sharkbite BEFORE installing. It will save you a lot of headaches...! I'd gladly give it five stars when Who included it with push to fit fittings installed. . !

I can not believe how easy this was to set up. I will have done it last year. Far much better than the circular pump had. Very easy to install, hot water regularly, and I installed with an intelligent wall-plug in the order it could be programmed to show on or off as needed.
